Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how refunds, credits and any furniture orders are handled by CONTINENTAL FURNITURE IMPORTS LIMITED. Online payment is currently shown as payment provider pending, so no charges are taken on the site at this time. The terms below apply once payment is connected.

Digital credits and subscriptions

  • Credit packs are for generating scale boards. Unused credits can be refunded within 14 days of purchase, provided fewer than 3 boards have been generated from the pack.
  • Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time and remain active until the end of the paid period. We do not charge for the following period after cancellation.
  • If the service is unavailable for an extended period due to our fault, contact us and we will arrange a fair credit or refund.

Furniture orders

Where ordinary accent furniture is offered for sale, the following applies:

  • Shipping. Delivery timescales and costs are confirmed in writing before any order is placed.
  • Returns. You may return an unused item in its original condition within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the item price, in line with UK consumer rights. Return shipping is arranged by agreement.
  • Damaged items. If an item arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

How to request a refund

Email support@conntfurn.shop with your order or account reference and the reason for the request. We aim to respond within two working days and to process approved refunds within 14 days to the original payment method.
